Where is my data?

On your iPhone only. Handbill has no account and no server. Your normal iPhone backup includes it.

Does Handbill take a cut of payments?

No. Clients pay you directly, the way you choose. Handbill records payments and never processes them.

What does Pro cost and what do I get?

The free plan has unlimited estimates and clients and 3 invoices. Pro is $7.99 a month or $49.99 a year (save 48%, just $4.17 a month, and the yearly plan starts with a free week) and adds unlimited invoices, your logo at the size you like, seven extra invoice styles in your color, logo shape and placement options, no Handbill footer, and overdue reminders. How do I change my trade?

Go to Settings › Your trade. Add or remove trades, or drag one to the top to make it your main trade. Your saved items and prices are kept. See every trade.

How do I change how my invoices look?

Go to Settings › Invoice style to pick from eight styles: Classic, Modern, Bold, Statement, Work order, Contractor, Ledger and Elegant, with a live preview. Choose from ten colors. With Pro you can add your logo, pick its size, crop it to a circle or rounded shape, place it above or beside your business name, hide the printed name if your logo already shows it, and remove a white background. Classic is free; the others are part of Pro. See every style.

How do I cancel Pro?

Open the Settings app › your name › Subscriptions › Handbill Pro. Your invoices stay readable after you cancel.

How do I move my data to a new phone?

Your normal iPhone backup or phone-to-phone transfer includes Handbill. You can also go to Settings › Back up and restore, save a backup file to Files, AirDrop or email, then choose Restore from a backup on the new phone. Everything comes back: clients, invoices, estimates, photos, payments, saved prices, your trades, logo, invoice style and settings. The file holds your clients' names and contact details, so keep it somewhere private.

I got a new phone. How do I get Pro back?

In Handbill, go to Settings › Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.
