What Handbill stores, and where

Everything you enter (your business profile, clients, items, prices, estimates, invoices, payments, photos you attach and signatures) is saved on your device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it, unless it is included in your own iPhone backup.

What we collect

Nothing. Handbill has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no crash reporting that sends data. We do not sell or share data, because we never receive any.

When something leaves your phone

Only when you choose to send it:

• Sending a document. When you email or share a PDF, it goes through the Mail app or the app you pick, to the person you choose. Handbill does not keep a copy anywhere else.
• Subscriptions. Purchases are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not see your name, email or payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to those payments.

Phone features Handbill can use

• Contacts: only when you pick a contact to fill in a client's details. Handbill reads that one contact and nothing else.
• Photos: only the photos you choose to attach, for example a logo, a job photo or a receipt.
• Notifications: reminders such as an overdue invoice, created on your phone. They are not sent from a server.
• Apple Intelligence: where available, "Describe the job" reads your words on the device. Nothing is sent to us.

Your clients' information

The client details you enter stay on your phone and are only shared when you send them a document. You are responsible for how you use your clients' information in your own business.

Children

Handbill is a business tool and is not directed at children.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
